Awakening:

Turning within to seek witness and be aware of dark false beliefs of judgment, loathing, projections of fear, competition, hierarchical division, dominance, and bias. 

Grace:

Extending kindness, non-judgmental compassion, forgiveness for darkness, for the transformation of false beliefs to light loving-kindness, compassion acceptance, forgiveness, understanding harmony, and unity.

These courses work in two parts:

Individual Training

First, the group breaks out into their own individual course, in a safe environment, free from pressure or judgment, to begin uncovering their own biases.

Group Training

Then, the group comes back to continue the work together, using what they have learned in their individual training and learning to utilize it as a team.

To eliminate bias, we must learn to genuinely love ourselves.
